Return/Refund Policy


Delivery of all products sold on the GOLDWINTER website will be by Royal Mail First Class and all orders will be sent off to you the next business day after you have completed your order.

If in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your order, you have 60 days to return it for a full refund. 

Simply contact us here CONTACT US and include your name, email address, order number and the reason as to why you wish to return the item.

Your order number is included with your order and is also sent to your email address on the date you made your order.

We will then review your return request and get back to you in under 24 hours.

Goldwinter offers a 60 day money back gurantee on all its products, so if your order is within that timeframe, it will be approved.

If however, your order is outside of the 60 day time frame, we cannot promise we will approve your return request, unless the reason for your return request is to send back a faulty item.

Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If you are approved, you will be asked to send the item back to us. A prepaid postage label with the return address and order number will be emailed to you at this stage. Please apply it clearly on the return package and send it back to us at your earliest convenience. 

We will then inspect the order and a refund will be processed. This will be to the original payment method you initially paid for the order with.
